What software does MAC run? How costly is the programmes for MAC? Are some of the programmes from Microsoft i.e; Office 2010 suite compatible with MAC??

I'm really keen to learn whats out there and what you recommend.

Mac's run any software compatible with mac as longs as the computers specs are high enough.
Mac software prices vary for what the software is.
