Popping up...
Hi there,
I have my son connecting to my laptop so as to get online. The problem I have is that there is a box which keeps on coming up on the corner of my screen and is getting in the way of my scrolling down a page. Is there any way I can stop this from happening without terminating the actual connection? Having said that, it seems that the connection isnt even on when this is happening.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Nyx

Hi Nyx.
You could just disable the wireless connection (assuming the connection is wireless) and then only when the connection is being used enable it the box would only be popping up if there is an error if not just go through the wireless settings and see if there is an option to turn off the pop-up boxes.

Hello Nyx,
Could you provide a screenshot of the problem? This would help me trouble shoot it and see if I can fix it.
You could do this by pressing PrtScn, opening it up in paint, pasting the screenshot in, saving it and then putting it on a USB Flash / external drive.

Wow Jonty, you are clearly very knowledgable! I didn't even know the PrtScn key was even on the board, nor what it does! The pop-up seems to have stopped now, but I shall certainly come seeking you out for help should any other pop-up get in my way again!
Have a great day and thank you very much for your offer of help!
:-)
